How to plan a budget

The budget planning is for tracking your spending activity. When you record an expense transaction, the tracking meter of the category budget will be increase automatically. Moreover, you can set its cycle to make the tracking meter started over when the new month is start (or whatever the cycle is set). Setting cycle to daily/monthly/yearly allows you to set the budget value per day/month/year. This value will be calculated automatically depending on what you choose. To start planning a budget, you must create its category first. Read how to create it.

Enter Plan Adding

Navigate to PLANS tab and press Add menu on the top right.

Setting A Budget

  1. Select type to Budget.
  2. Select desire category.
  3. Set its cycle. If you choose Daily/Monthly/Yearly, the tracking meter will be started over when the new day/month/year come.
  4. Set budget value. For Daily/Monthly/Yearly cycle, the budget value is per Day/Month/Year and will be calculated automatically. For example, a budget which have Monthly cycle and $100 per day. On August, the budget of this month will be $3100 and when the September comes the budget will be $3000 and the tracking meter will start at 0 again.

Edit/Delete A Budget

  1. Navigate to PLANS tab.
  2. Press on a budget and press Edit or Delete menu.

Add Budget Transaction

  1. Navigate to PLANS tab.
  2. Press on a budget and press Spend or Earn menu.
  3. Or navigate to TRANSACTIONS tab and add transaction by selecting the category which is a budget plan.
